They should be read together with our Payment Policy<\/a>, Shipping and Delivery Policy<\/a>, Returns and Refunds Policy<\/a>, and \u30d7\u30e9\u30a4\u30d0\u30b7\u30fc\u30dd\u30ea\u30b7\u30fc<\/a>. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that use or order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.<\/p>\n\n

Minor differences in colour, shape, texture, or scent intensity between batches are normal and are not defects when the product page reasonably discloses the possibility and the item does not materially depart from its description.<\/p>\n\n

We take reasonable care to describe ingredients, appearance, dimensions, volume, stock, and expected processing time accurately. Screens, natural materials, and handmade production may produce reasonable visual differences. Material errors, wrong items, contamination, spoilage, failed seals, leakage, or other objective defects are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Prices and payments are in United States dollars. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout and are currently processed mainly by PayPal or another payment provider displayed there. Currency conversion, exchange rates, and any fees charged by a payment provider, card issuer, or bank are controlled by that provider. We do not directly receive or store your full card number or card security code.<\/p>\n\n

Standard delivery is included in the product price shown on the website, so no separate standard-delivery charge is added at checkout. If we later offer an optional paid delivery service, its charge will be shown before payment. Before you pay, checkout will show the product amount, applicable discounts, any tax we are legally required to collect, optional charges, and the final amount payable. We will not add a store charge after payment without your express agreement.<\/p>\n\n

A coupon or promotional code must be entered and successfully applied before payment. Unless a promotion states otherwise, it cannot be applied retrospectively, exchanged for cash, or transferred. 6. Orders Acceptance and Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order-success page, order number, automated order-confirmation email, or payment receipt confirms only that the system received the order or payment. It does not mean that we have unconditionally accepted the order. We accept an order, or the relevant part of it, when we send a dispatch confirmation covering that product.<\/p>\n\n

Before acceptance, we may pause or cancel all or part of an order if an item is unavailable, payment is unconfirmed, a transaction appears unusual or unauthorised, there is an obvious pricing error, the delivery address or destination is unsupported, a quantity limit applies, a product cannot lawfully be supplied to the destination, or another legal or practical restriction prevents fulfilment. We will refund any amount actually collected for a cancelled and unfulfilled part to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n

You may ask us to cancel an order before it is handed to the logistics provider or carrier, as explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy<\/a>. An order with failed or unconfirmed payment will not enter preparation or dispatch.<\/p>\n\n

7. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n

You may order only to a sales and delivery destination enabled at checkout. Before submitting an order, check the recipient name, full street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, telephone number, and other delivery details. An address may be impossible to change or redirect after the order enters logistics processing.<\/p>\n\n

Any applicable preparation or dispatch time appears on the product page. After the logistics partner receives and checks the parcel into its system, most orders are estimated to arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Certain destinations or special routes may take up to 25 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.<\/p>\n\n

8. Returns Refunds and Product Problems<\/h2>\n\n

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, we do not accept a return, exchange, or refund solely because you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, no longer need the product, or dislike its scent, colour, texture, or feel. We handle an incorrect item, transit damage or leakage, a missing item, or a verified objective quality problem under our Returns and Refunds Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

After we verify an eligible problem, the available remedy may be a free replacement or an appropriate refund as described in that Policy. Do not send a product back unless we give written instructions and a designated return address. We usually assess a claim using photographs, video, and other reasonable evidence without requiring a return. A refund is initiated to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear is controlled by PayPal, a bank, or another payment provider.<\/p>\n\n
